In 2017, we were proud to be appointed Waiheke resellers for Sonos Wireless Speakers and Home Sound Systems.

Sonos is the wireless Home Sound System that sets up quickly and makes listening easy. Use the free app to connect directly to your home WiFi network and send different songs to different rooms at the same time. Or enjoy one big favourite in perfect sync all through your house.

Upgrade your Stereo

CONNECT – $699

Have you been craving the easy access to music that streaming offers, but you’re just not ready to invest in a whole new system? With a CONNECT you can stream music wirelessly through any existing amplified audio system. That’s large, floor-standing speakers that are powered by an amp, or home theatre setups with surround sound speakers. In fact, we’re talking any existing audio system that includes an amp or receiver.

Just run an audio cable from the output of the CONNECT to an input on your existing stereo. Since the CONNECT offers analog (RCA), optical, and digital coaxial outputs, it’s completely compatible with just about any currently available audio system. Even better, you can control it wirelessly from anywhere in your home with just a smartphone or tablet.

CONNECT:AMP – $999

With a CONNECT:AMP, you can stream all the music you love directly through any pair of speakers, no amp or receiver needed. It’s ideal for bringing streaming to wired in-wall or in-ceiling speaker systems. It also works brilliantly for bookshelf speakers, or any other speakers which aren’t connected to a receiver. You can even hook up fixed patio or poolside speakers to your CONNECT:AMP, then kick back and enjoy non-stop outdoor listening.

Just connect the terminals on the back of the CONNECT:AMP to your speakers’ inputs with standard speaker wire, and let the music streaming begin.

Stream with any speaker. No receiver required. The Connect:Amp will instantly learn how to link up with your wireless network, take cues from a smartphone or tablet, and stream your favourite songs. All without any assistance from a dedicated amp or receiver.

Sound for TV

PLAYBAR – $1,395

Thin is great for TV screens, but not so great for sound. PLAYBAR to the rescue. With nine amplified speaker drivers—six mid-range and three tweeters—PLAYBAR replaces your TV’s built-in speakers with deep, rumbling lows, crystal-clear dialog, and immersive waves of sound. PLAYBAR features nine speakers designed in a phased speaker array to deliver “directionality”, creating a wider sound stage.

That means if there’s a huge crash on the left side of the screen, you’ll hear it there because the speakers on the left are playing the sound and the speakers on the right are playing the inverse of that sound. Add more Sonos speakers and you can listen to what’s playing on your TV in any room. SUB – $1,395

When you pair a SUB with any Sonos speaker, you’ll hear parts of your music that you wouldn’t hear otherwise. SUB does all the heavy lifting required to deliver the low, low frequencies, letting your other speakers focus on perfecting the mid and high-range frequencies. You won’t just hear the difference.
